By creating a BoostPay account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use BoostPay.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BoostPay. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & Transactions
BoostPay facilitates payments and wallet transfers between users. All transactions are subject to availability and our fraud prevention policies. BoostPay reserves the right to suspend or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
5. Fees
Applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed. BoostPay reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice to users.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use BoostPay for unlawful transactions, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently closed.
7. Limitation of Liability
BoostPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to BoostPay in the last 3 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BoostPay after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
